We discussed about some more ideas on the on screen keyboard. 

We will try to add the swype feature.

When key is taped, it will play a sound

Ability to hand write in the center of screen instead of tapping for letters

Add gestures to navigate to other parts of device

Current week objectives

• Since we switched over to on screen keyboard, Johnathan would have to rewrite the concept document. If he needs help, he can ask anyone on the team.
• Everyone will continue to think of more features to add.

• Updated project plan document.
• Completed paper prototype.

• Research onscreen keyboard
• Everyone installed sdk for leap on their devices.

Team Meeting On Feb 11

Sign Language Idea

Discussion- When using the leap, we found that sometimes it would chops off the fingers when you turn your wrist so this can be an issue when detecting hand signs for sign language. We are still planning on continuing this project but want to keep on screen keyboard idea as backup plan.

Onscreen keyboard idea

Discussion- when you hover over the letter, if would magnify it for people who have visual impairment. We can add effects like water effects for the when a letter is hit.

Discussion: Must setup the blogger for the team and make sure everyone is added as followers. The blog will be weekly updated after the team meeting.

Project Plan

Discussion: The project plan with be shared with the group using Google docs excel and the team is responsible to keep all the  information up to date.

• We came to decision that we will be building a sign language to speech app.
• Using doodle, we were able to figure out the best time for the team to have meetings.
